On Thursday January 28th, the STI dental assisting students attended the Yankee Dental Congress at the Boston Convention Center. Dental professionals from all over the country come to this yearly event to take continuing education courses and to learn about the latest dental products on the market. Our students had the opportunity to explore the exhibit hall which hosted over 450 exhibitors. They also were able to observe a demonstration on the CEREC machine which creates dental crowns in the office. The students were especially excited to see and learn about the new technology and products available within the dental industry.
