Heartfelt congratulations goes out to STI’s inaugural evening medical assisting class – the first group of evening students to graduate: Alena C., Tyesha G., Wilmadys P., Rachael P., Faith T., & Amy W. This determined cohort overcame personal obstacles such as work commitment, family responsibilities, and COVID limitations, to succeed in this rigorous program and achieve their goal of becoming valued members of the healthcare industry. They boast an 83% pass rate on the CMA (Certified Medical Assistant Exam) and all students are either working or actively pursuing promising opportunities. The class worked collaboratively to encourage each other’s success through study buddies and group chats in addition to their own individual strategies to improve. The faculty and staff are extremely proud of their achievements & wish them continued success in all their future endeavors.
