This scholarship is given in memory of Joseph E. Donovan. Joe Donovan was a long time instructor at Southeastern. He taught in the high school for many years and was instrumental in the development and start of the STI Plumbing Program. He was a talented plumber, a dedicated teacher, and a strong advocate for the education of plumbing apprentices.
This scholarship is provided for students who show commitment to their education and the Plumbing trade by achieving perfect attendance throughout the program. Congratulations Patricia!
