Hundreds gathered for the 4th Annual Taste of STI held on April 9th. The event featured local vendors providing samples of their signature dishes. Favorites included the rack of lamb with mint au jus from STI’s Adult Culinary Arts students, sirloin beef sliders stuffed with pepper jack cheese and wrapped in applewood bacon from Twins Catering and Two Jerks’ famous BBQ chicken wings. Taste buds were satisfied with desserts from Montillio’s and Hometown Bakery, and candy from Pinches N Pounds. Guests were refreshed with all natural frozen yogurt and fresh squeezed juice from new business owner Johnny with PressIt Juicery. We appreciate all of the time and effort from all of the vendors.
