On Sunday, October 23rd, Melanie Quinn, Elizabeth Seetaram, Colin Oravec, and Chasity Titus attended a breakfast and lecture at the Holiday Inn Boston-Dedham Hotel & Conference Center. The workshop was run by Sheila A. Clancy, CDA, MBA. Ms. Clancy is a Past President of the Massachusetts Dental Assistants Association and has been counseling dental offices since 2004. STI students learned about the roles, responsibilities, and benefits that come from being an effective team member and working as a group. They also got to take home a nice goody bag filled with some great Oral B products!
