On Thursday, November 12th, STI attended the first ever Transition Fair hosted by the Guidance and Special Education departments at Oliver Ames High School, in Easton, MA. Transition is the process of preparing students with disabilities to continue their education and training, or to pursue employment, after graduation from high school.
Several area post-secondary schools and organizations were on site to provide information and literature to prospective students and their families. It was a well organized event with a great purpose and we look forward to participating next year!
