Projects recently completed range from controlling one light with a switch to controlling a few lights from several different locations.  Next semester the students will be learning about commercial wiring, how to bend pipe, install Metal-Clad cable, and fire alarm basics.
This program provides students with theoretical and practical experience on residential wiring standards and practices, commercial wiring techniques and applications as well as industrial controls. Students will gain advanced knowledge of Electricity theory and its application to a variety of practical situations and be well versed in a variety of skills such as troubleshooting Electricity systems, quality assurance and testing, and proper meter usage.
