A sincere thank you to Pat Illsley, STI Director, who spearheaded the 8th Annual Adopt-a-Family event this holiday season. Each year, current STI students nominate their friends and family who are in need of gifts for children. STI faculty, staff and students volunteer to purchase gifts for one or more of the children on the list. This wonderful community service effort helped to make the holidays brighter for 28 children between the ages of 4 months to 15 years old. Since 2010, STI faculty, staff and students have provided gifts to over 175 children from more than 65 families! Thank you to all the organizers, sponsors, and those who donated gifts. As you can see from the impressive stack of presents it was a huge success!
