Program Expenses
The Culinary Arts School South Shore Program provides a professional and creative curriculum, a supportive staff, and an environment where passionate individuals can immerse themselves in the culinary world. Students will train in our state-of-the–art facilities including our food truck, while working alongside caring and experienced chef instructors. Academically based knowledge in the classroom and hands-on experience in the lab are intertwined to give the culinary arts student the skills necessary to pursue a professional career in the culinary/hospitality industry.

STI Current Job Placement
Candidates must be highly motivated and energetic to enter the fast paced and demanding culinary arts field. The program concludes with a 25-hour externship, allowing students to apply their new knowledge in a hands-on work environment. All students of the Culinary Arts School South Shore Program will have the opportunity to become: ServSafe Food Manager Certified, Food Allergen Certified, Food Truck Permitting and Safety Certified and they will receive their OSHA 10 card.
