STI Current Job Placement
Candidates must be highly motivated and energetic to enter the fast-paced and demanding culinary arts field. The program concludes with a 25-hour externship, allowing students to apply their new knowledge in a hands-on work environment. All students of the Culinary Arts Program will have the opportunity to become: ServSafe Food Manager Certified, Food Allergen Certified, and they will earn their OSHA 10 card.
This program is funded through the Career Technical Initiative grant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The program is available free of charge to those who qualify. Training stipends and paid externships are available. Please contact our admissions office at 508-230-1575 for more information.
