STI Chefs Peterson and Perry joined several vendors and food establishments at the annual Taste of Easton which was held at Stonehill College in the Roche Dining Commons. They served delicious (and enormous!) shrimp cocktail to a few hundred guests, many of whom had attended the Taste of STI. It was wonderful to hear such positive feedback and to see some of the restaurants that supported our event as well – Lawadessa’s, Leandros Italian Restaurant, Edible Arrangements, Papa Gino’s, Piezoni’s, Simpson Spring, Shino, Subway, and Stoneforge Grille.
