On Tuesday evening, February 6th, guests enjoyed a delicious buffet prepared and served by STI’s Adult Culinary Arts students and Chefs. It was almost a full house (no surprise), with a menu to please any palate. Offerings included an omelet station, filet mignon, eggs benedict, banana bread flapjacks, fried chicken, miso glazed salmon, carved sirloin of beef, fresh fruit, muffins & croissants, smoked salmon platter, bacon & breakfast sausage, home fries and grilled vegetables. ALL for ONLY $10.95!
