This wonderful community service event is in its 7th year thanks to Mr. Degan, STI Director, who organizes the annual Adopt-a-Family event during the holiday season. Each year Mr. Degan reaches out to all current STI students about nominating their friends and family who are in need of gifts for children.After compiling a list of all the families, STI faculty, staff and students volunteer to purchase gifts for one or more of the children. This year, we were able to make the holidays brighter for several families and 23 children who range in age from 8 months to 19 years old. Since 2010 STI faculty, staff and students have provided gifts to over 150 children from more than 55 families! We wish you all a happy and healthy holiday season and a happy new year!
