In an effort to expand visibility in the Bristol County area, STI’s Admissions Advisor, Rhonda Jermyn, was invited to present at a workshop that took place at the Fall River Career Center.
According to Connie Saraiva, Employment Counselor, this is a mandatory workshop for clients seeking training and/or employment and want to utilize the center’s full array of services. Rhonda had the opportunity to talk to a group of adults about STI’s full-time day and part-time evening programs. After the presentation there was a brief question and answer session and each client received a packet with an STI View Book, program brochures, financial aid sheet and STI contact information.
Rhonda and Cristina Barros, Student Services Advisor, will be attending the Bristol County Career Center bi-weekly meeting on October 28th. They look forward to meeting staff from the Attleboro, Taunton, and Fall River offices and will provide an overview of STI programs and admissions information.
