On Tuesday evening, January 19th, diners enjoyed a delicious buffet which included an omelet station, eggs benedict, stuffed french toast, a Belgium waffle bar, fresh fruit kabobs, and assorted muffins and danish-all for $9.95! Grilled ham, bacon, and home fries were served on the side. Every Tuesday the Evening Culinary students offer a unique menu with items to please all palates. Due to the snow storm this week, the Colonial Room will be open to the public on Thursday evening February 11th from 5:30-8:00pm.
