Culinary Arts Instructor

John is a graduate of Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School (Culinary Arts Program). John also graduated from the Culinary Institute of America Hyde Park. John started his career working at the Boca Raton Hotel and Club in the Garde Manger Department, Atrium Restaurant and at Chez Ma Tante, a French Bakery both in Harvard Square. His career experience also includes an Executive Chef at several restaurants in the Boston area, for the Back Bay Restaurant Company, Banners Restaurant at the TD Garden, Sky Restaurant, and is currently working as Cafeteria Manager at Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School. “I am dedicated to my profession and has prepared many employees and STI students to achieve a successful career in culinary art.”
