2022 DANB (Dental Assisting National Board) Salary & Satisfaction Survey Just Released!

There has never been a better time to enter the field of dental assisting. Not only is there a critical shortage of Certified Dental Assistants (lots of job opportunities) but the average  pay in Massachusetts is now over $26 per hour if you are certified. According to the DANB survey, more than half of all dental assistants received a pay increase in the past 12 months. Nearly two-thirds of dental assistants reported being satisfied or very satisfied with their job; dental assistants who were not certified reported lower job satisfaction.
