Tip of the Week: Brushing & Flossing
Brushing at least twice a day for two minutes and flossing at least once a day is an important part of maintaining proper oral health. The benefits of proper brushing and flossing include preventing gum disease, removing stains from teeth and maintaining fresh breath. Good oral hygiene is important to your overall health. Poor oral health can increase your risk of heart attach or stroke, and is also linked to premature births.
