STI Puts Out An Amazing Spread for the Last Taste of the Season
On May 23rd, Chef Peterson and Chef Perry served delicious samplings to approximately 400 guests at The Taste of Easton. Their main dish was lobster poke with avocado wasabi sauce on a spiced pita chip. Poke is a traditional Hawaiian dish usually made with raw fish but the chefs used cooked lobster meat seasoned with soy sauce, ginger, cilantro, scallions, sesame oil and black pepper. Those with a sweet tooth got to taste their lemon cupcakes with raspberry butter cream frosting.
