When it comes to baking, STI’s Culinary Art students are on a “roll”! Adam, John, Kervins, and Lauren have been learning baking techniques and mixing methods to create delicious breads, muffins, cookies, pies, cupcakes, and more. Next semester, they will be creating and implementing menus to support a la carte, buffet, and banquet production.
