The 50th Anniversary edition of the Tiny House is in the works now, being completely designed and built by Southeastern Regional students. This is the second Tiny House built by the students and is 210 square feet of living space constructed in the shape of a train caboose. The entire roof and wall system is plywood which was cut using a CNC router. Our house is “Off the Grid”. Solar panels charge the battery which runs the 12 volt electrical system, propane runs the instant hot water heater that heats the water for the radiant floor heat and a composting toilet is used in the bathroom. There is master bedroom on the first floor along with a kitchen/living room area and the second floor has a loft area for a child’s room or extra storage.
Tickets are $30 each. The Raffle Drawing will be held the end of May 2018.
All proceeds will go to support our students through the Southeastern Regional School Foundation. You will receive our 501(c)(3) tax form with confirmation of your purchase from the District office as well as tickets mailed to the address provided at check-out.
