Chef Maiden is a 1986 Culinary Arts graduate of Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School and in 1988, she received her Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Newbury College in Brookline. Chef Maiden has been a licensed Culinary Arts Instructor for the past 18 years. She taught in the Southeastern High School program for 16 years and is currently teaching Culinary Arts at Dighton-Rehoboth Regional. Chef Maiden helped to design the scope and sequence, as well as, many of the curricular components of STI’s Culinary Arts Program. In addition to her work as an educator, she has worked in a variety of industry jobs such as a baker, Sous chef, and Food Service Director. Chef is an experienced teacher that believes that all of her students can be a success with the proper training, high expectations, and ample support.
