On Thursday, February 9th, several juniors and seniors from Mansfield High School had the opportunity to tour our facilities, meet faculty and staff, and enjoy lunch in the Colonial Room restaurant. Each student received a personalized packet with an STI view book, program brochures, a financial aid sheet and an entrance exam flyer. Also included was a copy of the STI power point presentation which highlighted the admissions and application process, academic policies, costs, and externship opportunities. The students were really engaged, curious, and asked great questions.
A BIG thank you goes out to MaryAnn LaHive, a teacher at Mansfield High School. This is the third year that MaryAnn has coordinated a field trip for interested students to explore career and training options after graduation. We also want to thank the Southeastern HS Culinary Arts students who, under the tutelage of Chef Peterson, did a wonderful job setting up and preparing a delicious buffet of salad, pasta, meatballs, and amazing desserts.
