On December 2nd Southeastern Technical Institute participated in the first Health Care Career Panel at Brockton High School. The federally funded program was organized by the Brockton Educational Talent Search, a division of the American Student Assistance (ASA) College Planning Center, in conjunction with guidance staff. Several students, freshman through seniors, were able to hear about careers, employment opportunities, and the admissions process for our Medical Assisting, Practical Nurse, and Dental Assisting programs. Many questions were asked and a lot of helpful information was shared by our Program Directors, Mrs. Beer, Mrs. Pepin, Dr. Hassan, and Rhonda Jermyn, our Admissions Advisor. STI is excited to continue working with area high schools and their students.
